We are looking for an Art Teacher for an international school based in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026.

Job details

Teach Art to students in secondary education utilizing the MYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, or other Art related fields
MYP teaching experience or other IB teaching experience
Strong understanding of the MYP curriculum framework and assessment criteria
Commitment to education

Salary and benefits

Monthly salary of 30,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with qualifications and experience
Monthly housing allowance of 6,000 RMB
