abra SAP Department is seeking an SAP FICO Team Lead .
We are seeking a SAP FICO Team Lead to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency across our financial systems.
The SAP FICO Team Lead will oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP FI/CO processes across the organization, leading the SAP finance team and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
As part of the ongoing migration to SAP, the role includes limited oversight of remaining Oracle Finance operations, supported by the team’s Oracle specialist.
A full-time, hybrid position based in the Central area of Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SAP FICO implementation team.
- Oversee SAP FICO solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze needs and translate requirements into robust SAP FICO solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, process consistency, and alignment with financial and accounting standards across SAP modules.
- Coordinate limited support activities related to the legacy Oracle Finance system in collaboration with the existing Oracle expert.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, documentation, and process maps.
- Stay current with SAP FICO innovations, capabilities, and best practices.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including implementation and ongoing support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; CPA is an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience working in complex, dynamic environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle Finance is an advantage, but not required.
