We are looking for a Battery Data Analysis & Management to join our advanced energy storage team. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where you will manage lab experiments, analyze results, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge battery management algorithms. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor battery experiments in the lab, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation.
- Analyze experimental data using Excel, MATLAB, or Python, applying statistical methods to extract insights.
- Collaborate with algorithm developers to support the design and validation of battery management algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and system engineers to integrate algorithms into production systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain structured knowledge for future reference.
- Document research findings, algorithm logic, and validation results in a clear and structured manner.
Requirements
- Bsc in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain high-quality documentation.
- Good skills in Excel.
- Failure analysis skills.
- Basic programming skills in MATLAB or Python.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of battery technologies and electrochemical systems.
- Experience in algorithm development or data modeling.
