Jr. Executive, Customer Experience

<div><strong>The Role:</strong><br><br>Shikho is seeking some dynamic, motivated, and creative <strong>J</strong><strong>unior Executives</strong> to join our <strong>Customer Experience</strong> team. In this role, you will not only deliver exceptional customer support but also identify opportunities to drive sales by upselling and cross-selling our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.<br><br><br><strong>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><br><br>• Maintain good relationship with customers, answer to customer queries and educate them<br>• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.<br>• You have to answer to inbound calls and label all the queries<br>• You will escalate critical issues to supervisor<br>• Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.<br>• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).<br>• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media platforms.<br>• You will develop and manage existing customer relationships, drive business growth, and engage in customer value, satisfaction and retention<br>• You will have to collect customer feedback, understand customer needs and help other teams to make decisions leading to customer satisfaction.<br><br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br>• 3 to 6 Months of experience in query handling (Inbound, Outbound, Messenger) will get preference.<br>• Experience in tele-sales will get preference.<br>• Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.<br>• Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.<br>• Basic knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.<br>• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheet.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.<br>• Great organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to work on a roster basis between.<br><br><br><strong>The Important Bits:</strong><br><br>- Job type: Contractual<br>- Working Hours: 5 Days a Week, 9 hours per day (Roster basis)<br>- Location: Mirpur 6, Dhaka<br>- Salary: Gross BDT 12,000 to 14,000 per month<br>- Additional monthly incentive based on sales and KPI<br>- Opportunity for career growth and become permanent<br>- Awesome working culture and ability to progress quickly within the organization</div><div><br></div><p style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;background:white;"><strong>About Shikho:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;background:white;"><a href="https://www.shikho.tech/" rel="noreferrer"><strong>Shikho</strong></a><strong>&nbsp;</strong>is a Bangladeshi education technology start-up with a mission to democratize access to high-quality education.
