Job Description

We’re seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to serve as the front-line support for project teams. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism

  • Manage visitor sign-in and security protocols

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparing agendas and documentation

  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently

  • Schedule and organize meetings, including catering and technology setup

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are organized

  • Liaise with facilities and vendors for service requests

  • Support cross-departmental projects and special events

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional demeanor with customer service orientation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
