About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our AI GTM team. This team plays a central, strategic role in supporting monday’s AI business—analyzing how customers use our AI capabilities, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for one of the company’s most important product directions.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end analysis of AI product usage, customer behavior, sales motions, and market performance. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that guide strategic decisions across Product, Sales, Marketing, and GTM Leadership.

Your work will directly influence how monday scales and commercializes AI across its multi-product ecosystem.


About The Role

AI Product & Business Analysis

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical assets to monitor AI performance, usage patterns, adoption trends, and consumption behavior.
  • Define and track key AI GTM metrics, proxies, and performance targets.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer workflows, deal-level behavior, AI adoption, and product-market signals.

Cross-functional GTM Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, AI leadership, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and BI.
  • Provide clear recommendations that influence pricing, packaging, positioning, and GTM strategy.
  • Partner with multiple data owners to connect product data, commercial data, and operational data into a holistic business view.

Insight Generation & Decision Support

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to accelerate AI growth.
  • Translate analytical findings into compelling stories and actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing business needs by delivering accurate, timely, and strategic data-driven insights.



Requirements


  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst in a SaaS company, ideally working closely with GTM, Product, or BI teams.
  • High proficiency in SQL — MUST.
  • Experience querying data warehouses (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL) — MUST.
  • Strong experience in BI modeling and analytics fundamentals — MUST.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards in Tableau or equivalent visualization tools — MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills in English — MUST.
  • B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience monitoring business performance or working with statistical/forecasting models — Advantage.
  • Strong curiosity, proactivity, ownership mindset, and excitement about solving complex problems.
  • Ability to distill complex data into clear narratives that drive decisions.
