About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for business development within the prestige full channels for Shaanxi OC and Ningxia regions, achieving company sales targets.

  • Maintain existing channels and clients while developing new accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding market share.

  • Identify and develop distributors in both existing and new territories, working closely with them to increase market coverage.

  • Collect and analyze market information, forecast market trends, maintain price stability, and execute marketing activities within the region.

  • Identify and evaluate the sales potential of target outlets, select suitable partners, and conduct contract negotiations.

  • Execute and coordinate various marketing promotion activities, maintain brand image, ensure smooth implementation, and provide timely feedback on campaign results.

  • Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor information.

  • Collect, analyze data, and prepare reports.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

•     Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 4 years of sales experience. Experience in the FMCG, tobacco/alcohol, or beverage industry, along with distributor management experience, is preferred.

•     Strong market development capabilities, including cold calling, client acquisition, and management of clients and distributors.

•     Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong learning agility, an entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork orientation, and the ability to identify potential market opportunities.

•     Self-motivated, diligent, dependable, and passionate about work.

•     Good computer skills and basic English proficiency.
