<p><strong>OLIVER</strong> is looking for an experienced and creative <strong>Integrated Designer</strong> to support a fast paced global financial and investment services account. This is an opportunity to join OLIVER's award-winning in-house model, working as an Integrated Designer to deliver compelling financial communications across 18 global markets. You’ll help break through the sea of sameness in financial marketing through concept-driven campaigns that turn complex investment themes into clear, engaging narratives. Your design thinking will drive direct performance-focused content across digital and print channels, ensuring our client stands apart in a crowded marketplace.</p>
<p>You'll be the creative force behind integrated campaigns that make sophisticated financial concepts accessible, compelling, and visually memorable. Working across Meta, LinkedIn, email, and print channels, you'll translate investment insights into visual stories that resonate with audiences across diverse global markets. <li>Create compelling visual narratives and storytelling that elevate financial marketing and break away from generic category norms.</li>
<li>Design and adapt email templates, blending brand consistency with fresh, innovative creative approaches.</li>
<li>Execute print layout work in InDesign, expertly placing copy, charts, and imagery to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with global teams to evolve design guidelines while maintaining brand integrity across diverse markets.</li>
<li>Transform dense financial data and insights into clear, engaging visual communications.</li>
<li>Partner with strategists and account teams as a creative thought leader, not just a production resource to influence campaign thinking.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of platform updates, design and industry trends to keep creative output fresh, relevant, and high performing.</li>

<li>A portfolio showcasing multi-channel design excellence, with strong storytelling and conceptual thinking that goes beyond template driven work.</li>
<li>Expertise in Figma for digital ad creation, plus proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for full funnel campaign execution.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to navigate complex brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries and providing thoughtful, constructive feedback on existing standards.</li>
<li>Experience designing for global audiences and adapting creative work across diverse markets and cultural contexts.</li>
<li>A talent for transforming complex financial concepts into accessible, visually compelling narratives.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders while contributing to a unified creative vision.</li>
<li>A sharp eye for emerging design trends and evolving platform innovations, particularly within social media and email marketing.</li>
<li>Understanding of direct response design principles and how creative decisions impact campaign performance.</li>
<li>Exposure to UI/UX principles and web landing page design.</li>
<li>Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.</li>
<li>At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $89,250.00 to $99,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package</li>
