Job Description

The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in managing the flow of information within Trillex Events. This role focuses on crafting clear messaging, supporting event communications, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams, clients, and partners. You will help maintain our professional voice, strengthen client relationships, and support the planning and execution of communication strategies that enhance the overall event experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication timelines, updates, and deliverables for ongoing events and internal projects.

  • Draft, edit, and manage written communications, including announcements, briefings, and event-related documentation.

  • Support client communication by preparing overviews, follow-ups, and detailed event information.

  • Maintain organized communication channels between operational, creative, and management teams.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and materials that align with the company’s branding and message.

  • Ensure all communications reflect accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with team members to support effective planning, organization, and execution of events.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information
