Clean Crop’s Clean Current technology combines electricity and food-grade gases to create cold plasma, inactivating a broad spectrum of contaminants from seed surfaces in a dry, automated, and residue-free process. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk!&nbsp;</p></div><p>As Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with the Clean Crop leadership team to align priorities, manage key initiatives, and keep the organization focused on strategic goals. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who can serve as a proxy for the CEO, drive clarity across functions, and help scale a growing, complex business.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted partner and representative for the CEO, helping advance strategic priorities and manage communications across internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Translate company goals into clear, measurable plans, ensuring focus and accountability across teams</li> <li>Lead quarterly and annual planning, OKR development, and board and investor reporting</li> <li>Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational efficiency, internal communication, and team alignment</li> <li>Partner with the CEO and People team on culture-focused projects that strengthen engagement, communication, and leadership development</li> <li>Support executive-level preparation for fundraising, board meetings, and strategic partnerships</li> <li>Anticipate needs, connect information, and help the leadership team stay aligned on execution</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field; at least 3 years in a leadership or Chief of Staff-type capacity</li> <li>Experience building and launching scalable initiatives in a venture-backed startup environment</li> <li>Skilled at managing complex projects and relationships with sound judgment and discretion</li> <li>Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution</li> <li>Adept at synthesizing information and helping others focus on what matters most</li> <li>Deeply collaborative, values-driven, and motivated by impact</li> <li>Experience working with boards and/or investors strongly preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with technically complex or science-driven organizations is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Love About Us</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Impactful Work:</strong> Help guide a company tackling one of agriculture’s most pressing challenges</li> <li><strong>Professional Growth: </strong>Direct exposure to executive decision-making, board strategy, and cross-functional leadership</li> <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits: </strong>Health, vision, dental, and life insurance; optional 401(k); 3 weeks PTO; 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave</li> <li><strong>Location: </strong>Relocation assistance to Holyoke, MA, a growing hub for technology and innovation in Western Massachusetts</li> <li><strong>Culture: </strong>Collaborative, transparent, and grounded in shared purpose</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation Range:</strong> $125,000 - $160,000 annual<br><strong>Benefits: </strong>Health, vision, dental, and life insurance; Optional 401K; 3 weeks PTO; 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave</p> <p><strong><br></strong><strong>To Apply: </strong>Please attach one PDF that includes, <strong>in this order,</strong> a one page statement of interest and your resume.
