About the Role

Overview

As an Office Administrator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

  • Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations 
  • Generate accurate, complete, and timely invoices using the billing software 
  • Work with bidding manager to assist with preparation of bids and formatting documents 
  • Manage the purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and furniture 
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment 
  • Manage diaries and arrange meetings 
  • Book transport and accommodation 
  • Manage databases and other various systems 
  • Assist the HR team with on-boarding new employees and other duties as required

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
