The PANGEO will work closely in an international team of engineers from different areas of expertise to provide service to national and international clients in a comprehensive and holistic approach.

Description of the responsibilities: 

• Service project manager for national and international clients.

• Support and enhance cooperation between different departments and fields of expertise.

• Manage communication with the client by mail and phone.

• Keeping track of service contract schedules and delivery times, managing service interventions

• Managing reports and data exchange with the client.

• Preparation of service offers

What challenges can the PANGEO expect during his/her assignment?

Managing demanding clients; learning about a wide variety of water treatment process equipment; assimilation to a new environment; reaching a new level in the use of the german language.

Participating in service visits or the operation of mobile water or waste water treatment equipment (special assignments for some days or a few weeks per year) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Educational background: Master in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering

Previous experience: Previous job experience in proposal engineering or project management would be an advantage, alternatively internship experience

Skills: Strong in communication (written, verbal), structured and organized working style, adaptable and used to learning on the job, teamplayer, open to work in an international team/environment, Google toolbox, hands-on-mentality

Languages: English C1 level, German B2 or C1

Other: European driving license type B

Duration: 24 months

Remuneration: 2989,57€ net/month (according to the rates of October 2025)

Benefits: 30 days' leave per 12 months / Tax-free / French pension contribution
