<p>We are looking for a creative, delivery-oriented Named Enterprise Account Executive to join the team in the Benelux to maximise the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for Databricks. As an Account Executive, you know how to sell innovation and value to existing customers, identify new use cases and grow consumption and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. You will be offered huge potential for career progression with the pace of the team's growth.</p>
<p>You will report to the Enterprise Sales Director for Financial Services.</p>

<ul>
<li>Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy </li>
<li>Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts</li>
<li>Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets</li>
<li>Track all customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce</li>
<li>Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers</li>
<li>Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform </li>
<li>Orchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients</li>
<li>Build and demonstrate value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point</li>
</ul>
<p data-renderer-start-pos="2367"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What we look for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years sales experience selling a technical solution into enterprise accounts</li>
<li>Extensive understanding of the data platform, open source and cloud ecosystems</li>
<li>Highly skilled in prospecting research and ability to map out key stakeholders</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in Value Selling and developing a mutual action plan</li>
<li>Ability to influence decision-making and strategy with customer leadership teams</li>
<li>Ability to establish credibility with the C-suite </li>
<li>Adept in selling to technical buyers </li>
<li>Experience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct sales role</li>
<li>Mastery of MEDDPICC</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience</li>
<li>Fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch or French is preferred</li>
