This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven performance marketing strategies and innovative loyalty programs. The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally and globally to deliver integrated campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and enhance brand loyalty — ultimately accelerating profitable growth across channels. Key Responsibilities Digital Performance Marketing Strategy <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the Americas region.</li> <li>Oversee all aspects of performance marketing including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, SEO, and Affiliate channels.</li> <li>Define KPIs and performance benchmarks, ensuring measurable success through data-driven insights and continual optimization.</li> <li>Lead the development of full-funnel campaigns that maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and improve channel efficiency.</li> <li>Stay ahead of digital and technology trends to ensure SharkNinja remains at the forefront of performance innovation.</li> </ul> Loyalty and Customer Retention <ul> <li>Design and scale innovative loyalty programs that increase customer lifetime value (CLV), advocacy, and repeat purchase behavior.</li> <li>Partner with CRM and Customer Experience teams to deliver seamless, personalized loyalty journeys across all digital touchpoints.</li> <li>Use data and segmentation to create targeted campaigns that deepen engagement and retention.</li> <li>Develop initiatives that reward loyalty, encourage cross-sell and upsell, and build long-term customer relationships.</li> </ul> Cross-Channel Optimization <ul> <li>Lead omnichannel marketing efforts ensuring consistency across digital, social, mobile, email, and e-commerce platforms.</li> <li>Optimize channel mix and budget allocation to achieve balanced growth across paid and organic acquisition and retention levers.</li> <li>Collaborate with e-commerce, retail, and global marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand and consumer experience.</li> <li>Champion innovation in creative, content, and digital storytelling to elevate brand perception and engagement.</li> </ul> Leadership and Team Management <ul> <li>Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing and loyalty professionals.</li> <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the team and broader organization.</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.</li> <li>Manage relationships with agencies and technology partners to deliver best-in-class execution and performance outcomes.</li> </ul> Data, Analytics & Technology <ul> <li>Leverage analytics and performance data to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve efficiency.</li> <li>Implement and enhance marketing technology solutions (e.g., DMPs, CDPs, CRM tools) to improve targeting, measurement, and reporting.</li> <li>Utilize predictive analytics and AI-driven personalization to deliver dynamic, tailored marketing experiences at scale.</li> <li>Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate budget forecasting, reporting, and ROI analysis.</li> </ul> Qualifications Education & Experience <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li> <li>10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.</li> <li>Proven success leading large-scale performance marketing and loyalty programs, ideally in consumer products, e-commerce, or tech.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Americas market, including regional consumer trends and competitive dynamics.</li> </ul> Skills & Competencies <ul> <li>Deep expertise in digital performance marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Affiliate).</li> <li>Deep expertise in marketing analytics, CRM, and data management platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo).</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for performance measurement.</li> <li>Inspirational leader capable of developing and motivating high-performing teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li> <li>Results-driven, innovative, and adept at managing complexity in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul>  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">  Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
