Full Stack Engineers - Application Support and Maintenance Specialists

We're on the lookout for experienced Full Stack Engineers, working as part of a team providing Application operations, maintenance and support our key customers. This role is Perth based and full time onsite at our clients office.  These are permanent positions, with a requirement for on-call work on a rotational basis for after hours support, and overtime rates will apply.  Government Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2) is highly advantageous.

As a senior or mid level Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the core of our technology team, supporting and making enhancements to our scalable, high-performance applications primarily using .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and AngularJS, React. You’ll manage our solutions while working with SQL Server databases.
  
What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and Support of a custom applications portfolio consisting of of applications developed using.NET (3.5-6), C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, AngularJS, React, .NET MAUI, Swift, Xamarin, Bootstrap, VB.net/VB6, SQL ,SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, WCF,  RESTful APIs.
  • Maintenance and Support of various COTS and SaaS applications.
  • Manage and respond to Incidents, Problems, Service Requests and Changes.
  • Identify scope application improvements and enhancements, including performance tuning
  • Take part in regular application and server patching and implementation activities.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure Best Practices in code quality, unit testing, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack application maintenance and support.
  • Strong proficiency in .Net (3.5-6), C#, ASP.NET, AngularJS and React with a focus on application maintenance.
  • Experience with API development and maintenance (WCF, RESTful APIs).
  • Experience with mobile application support and maintenance technologies such as .NET MAUI, Swift and Xamarin
  • Experience in support and maintenance of systems using reporting platforms such as SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports
  • Experience in support and maintenance of VB.net/VB6 and Cold Fusion applications
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning and data analysis.
  • Deep understanding and experience with full Software delivery lifecycle including software design patterns & principles. Using agile/waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiar with Windows Server administration, including managing services, tasks, and IIS. Experience with SSL certificate management.
  • Experience with Java development desirable not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using source control systems like TFS and Git. Experience with Azure devops methodologies & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
