We are looking for a natural leader with high energy and a positive approach to achieving success.

You’ll work closely with your team who provide exceptional customer service and help drive our bearing/ power transmission business forward! 

Responsibility and duties:  

• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals. 

• Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives. 

• Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory. 

• Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries. 

• Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team wellbeing. 

• Coordinate staff training, recruitment, payroll, and HR activities in partnership with relevant departments. 

• Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management 

Who are you? 

• Proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles. 

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 

• Exceptional people management and leadership skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

• Current and valid Australian driver’s license. 

• Computer literate at an intermediate level 

• Experience or knowledge with Industrial/ bearing or power transmission products is advantageous.
