We’re looking for a Repairs Coordinator to join our Maintenance Team in Mascot, NSW.
What will you be doing?
Planning and coordinating major elevator repair works
Ordering materials, working closely with specialist suppliers and subcontractors
Managing labour including providing a weekly planner and rostering of team
Managing repairs team performance and skill development
Actively participating in site visits to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently
Performing quality and safety audits
Build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
What are we looking for?
Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications
3 – 5 years’ experience working in the elevator industry
People management experience
Full drivers licence
Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams
Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
Ability to interact with customers and ensure a positive impact
Effective written and verbal communicator
