The successful candidate actively manages key customer interfaces, supports pricing and profitability initiatives, and contributes to new business activities—particularly in the areas of Electrification and Power Electronics. The role requires continuous monitoring of commercial performance, execution of sales strategies, and disciplined management of internal processes to enhance transparency, efficiency, and revenue growth across the organization.

Job purpose
To build strong customer relationships and drive profitable sales growth by leading pricing, margin improvement, and new business activities. The Sales Team Leader enhances commercial performance through data-driven insights, effective collaboration, and disciplined execution of sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Builds good customer relationship and intimacy taking the ownership of total customer satisfaction
- Improving profitability of mass-produced products with customers for Changnyeong Korea plant
- Pass-through activities for increased inflation costs to customers(HMC,GMK,KGM, DI,RSM..)
- Margin improvement negotiations and price increase quoting activities
- Customer Van management, letter reception, and internal distribution, Data management
- Supporting new business wins focusing on Electrification & Power Electronics products
- Builds insights of customer portfolio and market trends
- Internal quote process and meetings collaborating with global BW teams
- Builds and executes various Sales tasks including:
- Annual & long-term revenue target
- Finance improvement including cost reimbursement, price increase, and AR collection
- Co-works with plant’s cross-functional teams for regular action items
- Contributes to the company’s sustainable and profitable growth
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- Engineering background (not necessary)
- Around 15 years of Sales experience as a Tier-1 supplier in automotive industry
- Knowledge of customer process including program launching, costing, and pricing
- General understanding of cost analysis
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken English including presentation
- Comfortable with multi-national and cross-functional working environment
- Motivation for new opportunities & challenges
- Customer intimacy with good interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
