HybridWhat you will do
The Commercial Quality Leader ANZ is responsible for assuring product quality, conducting investigations, utilizing statistical analysis, and leading quality improvement initiatives. You will also oversee calibration activities, read blueprints, and evaluate data for new product development:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of quality strategies to drive commercial success in the ANZ market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality meets customer expectations and regulatory standards which include medicines and medica devices.
- Provide strategic leadership for the Quality department to ensure adherence to quality requirements, government regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support quality initiatives and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement improvement strategies for quality processes and systems in collaboration with cross-functional, regional and global teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality professionals to drive continuous improvement and ensure robust performance of the quality programs.
- Manage and oversee the corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and risk management processes to drive business results.
- Conduct quality investigations, internal audits, and complaint handling investigations to assess conformance to specifications and regulations.
- Utilize statistical analysis and process excellence tools to troubleshoot and solve quality issues.
- Ensure effective supplier quality program and lead supplier quality improvement initiatives which include third parti logistic, distributors and external manufacturers.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality management supporting large, multi-site organization.
- University/Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Equivalent in a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems.

- Experience interfacing with local and global regulatory agencies and resolving regulatory compliance issues.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to inspire trust and build credibility within the organization.
- Ability to negotiate trade-off decisions and drive results in a complex environment.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and hands-on operational orientation.
- Accountability and strong capability to deliver results in alignment with business objectives.
