About the Team ACCEL Schools is seeking highly-qualified Virtual Teachers who are dedicated to providing a superior education for all students! We are seeking teachers who are excited to create a rigorous and nurturing classroom environment that prioritizes student learning and social-emotional development. ACCEL Schools uses a cutting-edge 21st-century curriculum, which can be accessed online and through a variety of traditional methods. Please note – while this is an online school position and all instruction occurs virtually, travel and face to face attendance will be required several times per year to support in person state testing and student events. font-size: 12pt;">Deliver highly effective live lessons via web conference based on student need, rooted in research-based instructional practices</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete course set up for each course within the Learning Management System</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor student progress in asynchronous courses and provide feedback/grade assignments daily</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
