Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Courier to support the timely and secure delivery of messages, packages, plans, and company documents to designated destinations. Responsibilities include picking up items from clients, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal staff. This role requires effective route management, adherence to delivery schedules, and careful handling of all materials. Additionally, the Courier will assist the 4LEAF team with paraprofessional, technical, and clerical tasks as needed. 

Key Duties:

• Drop off and pick up plan review projects from various clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and the general public.
• Perform a wide variety of paraprofessional, technical and clerical duties.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and other employees using principles of good customer service.
• Perform related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Scanning tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Modern office practices and procedures.
• Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment.
• Mastery of computer technology.
• Records management practices.
• Basic administrative duties.
• MUST have clean California driving record.

4LEAF anticipates paying between $21.00 and $26.00 (per hour) for this position, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: 

• Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
• On-Site
• Driving Occasionally
