Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Optometrist to join our patient-centered, team-oriented practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an OD who thrives in a surgical referral setting and enjoys caring for cataract and glaucoma patients throughout their treatment journey.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality diagnostic evaluations, patient education, and pre/post-operative management while co-managing care with fellowship-trained ophthalmologists. You’ll also help cultivate strong relationships with our referring providers—an important part of our collaborative care model.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical eye exams and advanced diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and long-term care
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for cataract and glaucoma patients
- Collaborate with highly skilled optometrists and ophthalmologists
- Maintain communication with referring optometrists and community providers
- Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Participate in CE and training opportunities
- Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Active Washington State optometry license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in cataract/glaucoma co-management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Team-player mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
