About the Role
Ensure training aligns with product updates and strategic priorities. Build strong relationships with KOLs, sales teams, and international marketing stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams including market research, clinical, finance, and regulatory. Manage the franchise budget, including programs, promotions, and advertising. Analyze product P&L impact related to pricing, contracts, and consignment planning. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. Promote a quality-driven culture across all external and internal marketing interactions. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to manage complaint processes effectively. Academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering. Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or sales within the medical devices industry. Ability to manage conflict and influence stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
