About the Role
Product Vision & Strategy Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities. Drive quarterly PI planning and ensure value-based prioritization of features and goals. Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Security, and Privacy teams to deliver compliant solutions. Manage data governance frameworks and ensure adherence to global standards. Work closely with engineering, architecture, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Facilitate dependency management and integrated planning across domains. Performance & Value Tracking Champion Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design principles. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and all Scrum ceremonies to ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience delivering software or data solutions in Global IT. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence). Proven ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes across multiple teams. Experience in regulated environments (medical device, pharma, or similar). Hands-on experience with data platforms (AWS, Snowflake), ETL, and analytics. Familiarity with data governance, compliance frameworks, and security principles. Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or DBT for data product development. Certifications in Agile Product Management (CSPO®, SAFe® POPM) are a plus.
