Title: Account Manager, ENDOSCOPY - KSA Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh About the team: Join Boston Scientific's Endoscopy division, a dynamic team focused on improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge minimally invasive technologies. Our Endoscopy business supports clinicians with innovative solutions in the endo-bariatric and legacy product portfolios, driving clinical excellence and value-based care across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. About the role: The Account Manager (AM) provides day-to-day account management, clinical product support, and education for assigned accounts at the territory or regional level. This role combines sales, clinical, and strategic responsibilities to drive business growth for the Endoscopy (Endo Bariatric & Legacy) portfolio. The AM is a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, supporting procedures, training, and ensuring optimal product availability and utilization to deliver superior patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Contribute to the development of the annual strategic plan by providing business intelligence and insights on market size, trends, and competitive landscape. Support the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in understanding account needs to develop and execute strategic account plans. Provide on-site procedural support, including product training and education, according to the Directions For Use (DFU). Act as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and report sales opportunities arising from clinical support activities, driving new case adoption. Deliver continuous education and training programs for both external customers and internal colleagues. Maintain market share by ensuring excellent in-servicing, evaluations, and procedural education at key accounts. Lead sales opportunities in non-strategic accounts and collaborate with the RSM on strategic account development. Participate in industry events and customer meetings to promote Boston Scientific's solutions. Develop proactive account management plans with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service quality. What we are looking for: Proven industry experience in medical device or medical technology sales. Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Comfortable working in acute intervention settings and assisting with relevant procedures. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, nursing, or healthcare discipline preferred. Preferred qualifications: Experience in the endoscopy field is highly beneficial. Prior experience with complex hospital accounts and procedure-based selling. Strong business acumen with the ability to gather and interpret market intelligence. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving territory growth.
