About the Role
Advanced university student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English level (B2 or higher). Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical skills with ability to work with databases, reports, and statistics. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and applications. Experience or knowledge in dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in reports, inventory control, and data management. Persistent and resilient, able to face challenges with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Collaborative and influential, capable of working effectively across teams and motivating others without formal authority. Customer-centric mindset, ensuring that decisions and actions support both internal and external stakeholders. Passion for continuous improvement, always seeking innovative ways to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance results. Strong communicator, able to build relationships and convey ideas clearly across diverse audiences in a global organization. Proactive learner, eager to gain knowledge in demand planning, supply chain, and emerging technologies such as AI and data visualization tools. Face real-life situations in a dynamic healthcare devices company. Work on real business tasks from Day 1 (e.g., spare parts planning). Contribute to the preparation and production of proposals and reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools. Take responsibility for Inventory Management: seek opportunities to optimize stock levels, reduce excess, and maintain a healthy balance. Interact and collaborate with cross-functional areas, regional teams, global planners, global support centers, and internal customers.
