We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service Management. Acts as day-to-day point of contact for assigned group of Institutional Broker Dealers (IBD's) and/or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA's). Support clients by addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues. Ensure satisfaction and swift response to client needs, and efficient problem resolution. Proactively consults with clients on best practices and solutions, Tracks and reports client trends by keeping abreast of assigned client activity occurring throughout the firm. Liaises with relevant internal operational contacts to coordinate service to the client. Gains understanding of the business environment of assigned clients, industry trends and competitor services/offerings. Escalates relevant issues to senior team members or management. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred.5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services preferred. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
