About the Role
8+ years of experience in RFP management within financial services, asset/wealth management, or banking. Proven track record of leading and scaling RFP teams. Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions, and financial regulations. Expertise in AI/ML applications, automation tools, and knowledge management systems. Exceptional project management, writing, and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives. Strategic thinker with an innovation mindset. Attention to detail and deep technical acumen in AI and automation tools. Exceptional leadership, coaching abilities, and people development skills. Ability to translate complex financial concepts into client-centric messaging. Resilient, agile, highly collaborative, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Voracious learner.
