We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Executive; Global Payments, Alts and Investment Management to join our Global Payments & Trade team. This role is located in New York City, NY In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Build and manage a portfolio of clients, serving as a strategic partner working with large top-tier clients across investment management and Alternatives, (Hedge funds, Private Credit , Private Equity) and pursue those with high-growth potential. Pursue advantageous strategic partnerships with third parties in order to better respond to prospect needs. Identify new prospects through in-depth industry research and an understanding of the market environment, including short- and long-term trends, competitor offerings, regulatory developments etc. Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory, risk and compliance standards. Partner with cross-functional teams, across various LOB's including product, risk and compliance, and legal to structure and execute deals. Stay informed on market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory updates. Educate internal and external clients on the benefits, challenges and evolving landscape of alternative investments. Drive alignment with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of cash management solutions for clients and cross-sell BNY's capabilities across other lines of business. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
