This role plays a key part in delivering both <strong>New Business and Renewal</strong> performance while helping to maintain and optimise our strategic partnerships with <strong>price comparison websites (PCWs)</strong>.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical toolkit, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to turn insight into meaningful commercial actions. UK insurance experience is preferred but not essential for someone who can demonstrate the right capability and interest in the sector.</p> <p><strong>Trading Performance (New Business &amp; Renewals)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support delivery of commercial targets across New Business and Renewal channels.</li> <li>Collate + analyse trading performance at pace, identifying drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.</li> <li>Work cross functionally across multiple departments to assist in strategic initiative delivery</li> <li>Track competitor activity, market trends &nbsp;and market price movement across PCWs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Partnership &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help maintain and develop relationships with <strong>price comparison websites</strong>, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and strong strategic alignment.</li> <li>Support commercial discussions and quarterly business reviews with PCWs and external partners.</li> <li>Primary contact for key business change.</li> <li>Work closely with PCW manager to ensure all business KPI’s are delivered.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Commercial Insight &amp; Analysis</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and interpret performance reports, dashboards, and data sets to provide clear recommendations.</li> <li>Conduct root-cause analysis to get underneath issues and propose evidence-based solutions.</li> <li>Help prepare business cases and commercial proposals for trading initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Product &amp; Market Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with product performance monitoring across Motor, Home and Pet insurance.</li> <li>Carry out market and competitor analysis to support pricing or proposition changes.</li> <li>Support operational and regulatory tasks in line with FCA requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who are you:<br>Essential</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong numeracy and analytical capability, comfortable with data manipulation and interpretation.</li> <li>Excellent commercial awareness and ability to understand how trading levers affect performance.</li> <li>Intellectually curious with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to “dig in” to the detail.</li> <li>Confident communicator who can work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Highly organised with an ability to manage competing priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in the <strong>UK personal lines insurance market</strong> (Motor, Home or Pet).</li> <li>Exposure to price comparison websites, aggregators, or digital insurance distribution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>📍 This role will be based in our London office in a 50/50 Hybrid mode.</li> <li>💸 We match your pension contributions up to 7%</li> <li>🏥 Private medical &amp; Dental cover</li> <li>📚 Learning budget of £1,000 a year + Study leave (with encouragement to use it)</li> <li>😁 Enhanced maternity &amp; paternity&nbsp;</li> <li>🚉 Travel season ticket loan</li> <li>🎟️ Access to a wide selection of London O2 events and use of a Private Lounge</li> <li>🌈 Employee Wellbeing Programme</li> <li>🚪Prayer room&nbsp;in Office</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Stand for and Next Steps</strong></p> <p>“We pride ourselves on being an equal opportunity employer.
