You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as </span><span class="OYPEnA">DHL, Johnson &amp; Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and H&amp;R BLOCK.</span></p></div><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly technical <strong>Staff QA Engineer</strong> with deep hands-on experience across <strong>ABBYY’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) suite</strong>, especially <strong>ABBYY Vantage</strong>. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure our document-centric automation solutions meet functional requirements, business expectations, and real-world performance standards before release.</p> <p>You will design, execute, and manage UAT cycles across ABBYY Vantage skills, workflows, connectors, and integrations—validating quality end-to-end and ensuring flawless customer experiences.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>QA Planning &amp; Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop comprehensive QA plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria for ABBYY Vantage solutions, skills, and custom automations.</li> <li>Execute manual and semi-automated UAT test cases across document ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, and integration workflows.</li> <li>Perform end-to-end testing of Vantage-based processes including connectors (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Azure/AWS endpoints, REST APIs).</li> <li>Validate business rules, document models, skill training results, and extraction accuracy across various document types.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Quality Assurance &amp; Defect Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects found during UAT in collaboration with QA, product, and development teams.</li> <li>Reproduce issues, analyze root causes, and validate fixes within Vantage and connected systems.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with business users, solution architects, and implementation teams to gather requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.</li> <li>Work closely with ABBYY experts and developers to verify Vantage configuration, machine learning model performance, and workflow correctness.</li> <li>Facilitate UAT reviews, summarize findings, and communicate readiness recommendations to leadership.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Documentation &amp;
