GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Crew Members at Sterling Subs Jersey Mike’s will be helping with customer needs as they enter and interact in the store. Employees will work the front counter, be responsible for customer service, making sandwiches, interacting with customers and co- workers on a continual basis. Crew members will complete other tasks associated with operating a store. The expectation of any employee is to uphold the highest level of all of Jersey Mike’s operational standards.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary requirement of a Sterling Subs Jersey Mike’s Crew Member is a commitment to company goals:

· Provide food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards

· Provide service that is above and beyond for the customer

· Maintain a clean store and workplace

· Set up of the store, including food preparation

· Food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.

· Usage of slicer (18 years old and above only)

· Usage of tomato slicer (17 years old and above only)

· Follow directives of Operations Partner in execution of responsibilities
