What You'll Do:
- Clean and service guest rooms daily according to brand and company standards.
- Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.
- Restock carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Replace bed linens and towels and replenish guest room amenities.
- Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and deliver them to collection areas.
- Follow safety, security, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist guests professionally and warmly when encountered in hallways or rooms.
- Participate in deep-cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks when scheduled, which may include:
- Cleaning AC filters and coils
- Touch-up painting
- Furniture care or organization
- Rehanging sliding doors or fixtures as needed
- Support teammates and assist in other hotel areas when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping work area.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently
- Ability to handle physical tasks and a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain positive and effective in high-pressure or busy moments.
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
- Flexible scheduling — may include weekends, holidays, and varying shift times.
