We’re looking for detail-driven, energetic, and service-focused Housekeepers who take pride in creating a spotless, welcoming environment that helps guests relax and feel at home.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and service guest rooms daily according to brand and company standards.
• Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.
• Restock carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Replace bed linens and towels and replenish guest room amenities.
• Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and deliver them to collection areas.
• Follow safety, security, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist guests professionally and warmly when encountered in hallways or rooms.
• Participate in deep-cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks when scheduled, which may include:
  • Cleaning AC filters and coils
  • Touch-up painting
  • Furniture care or organization
  • Rehanging sliding doors or fixtures as needed
• Support teammates and assist in other hotel areas when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping work area.

Requirements

 What You'll Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently
• Ability to handle physical tasks and a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain positive and effective in high-pressure or busy moments.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
• Flexible scheduling — may include weekends, holidays, and varying shift times.
