Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs such as but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, eating, etc.
Answer call lights promptly and with great attitude
Follow residents care plan and communicate any inaccuracy to the department director
Complete required documentation in accordance with community policies and state and/or federal regulations
Comply with safety and sanitary standards

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

CPR Certification
1 year of experience
Computer skills
