Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Perform system start-ups and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding installation procedures and system operation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification or technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

***Installers and technicians are subject to work in indoor and outdoor conditions. Those could include, but are not limited to, heat, cold, wind, rain, or snow. Installers and technicians are also subject to work in cramped, tight, dirty spaces or would be required to climb ladders.
