Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Commercial HVAC Service Technician with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring optimal system performance. In this role, you will provide expert installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems across multiple locations throughout Ohio. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment, embraces the latest HVAC technologies, and consistently upholds the highest standards of quality and professionalism. 

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Accurately diagnose system issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Document all work performed and communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally in the field.
   

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred. 
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites across Ohio as needed.
