Beyond greeting and directing members, guests, and staff upon entry, they serve as representatives of our gym's commitment to exceptional service. The Overnight Service Associate will handle member inquiries and requests, offering knowledgeable assistance, and ensuring every individual feels valued and supported in their fitness journey. While these responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, our Overnight Associate’s remains flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of our gym, with duties subject to change under the discretion of management.</p> <p><strong>Position Purpose: </strong>Be a great host, the members best source of information and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff.</p> <p><strong>Core Purpose:</strong> To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude</li> <li>Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options.</li> <li>Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.</li> <li>Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system.</li> <li>Oversee and manage check-in alerts and notifications.</li> <li>Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.</li> <li>Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items.</li> <li>Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all gym members and staff.</li> <li>Monitor and manage inventory levels for coolers, beverages, and bar items, as well as track sales performance.</li> <li>Complete gym walks to rack weights, pick up trash, and complete bathroom and locker room checks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in customer service or front desk role.</li> <li>Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software.</li> <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Must be able to work overnight hours – 10pm - 6am but may vary on business needs.</li> <li>And, of course, someone who embraces our Core Values!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.</li> <li>Must attend all mandatory company trainings withing 30 days of employment.</li> <li>Follow all current company policies and standard operating procedures, which may be updated or changed over time.</li> <li>Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public</li> <li>Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.</li> <li>Ability to access and operate company computer systems in order to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from database or email system.</li> </ul> <p>#PRE</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$11</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$12 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits and Perks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A highly energetic and collaborative team.</li> <li>A management team that cares about your professional development.</li> <li>Free membership for you and plus one family member.</li> <li>Discounted Personal Training, and merchandise – including supplements.</li> <li>Employee referral program.</li> <li>Daily Pay offered - access your funds before payday.</li> <li>Competitive pay plus vacation, holiday, and sick pay.*</li> <li>Group Health, dental, vision, Supplemental Life, Employee Assistant Program and even Pet Insurance are offered!*</li> <li>401(k) + Company matching!*</li> <li>Personal education growth options with Sophia Learning.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">* Based on eligibility of tenure and full-time vs. part-time employment.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1;">_{EōS Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
