Empire Technological Group Limited dba Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add a Senior Production Manager to our team!

Responsibilities:  

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
• Develop and implement production plans, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to timelines.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that machinery and equipment are in good working condition and that downtime is minimized.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.
• Supervise and manage production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members are well-equipped to meet their responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities for improving production processes, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices in production management to optimize performance and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, providing insights to senior management.
• Document production procedures, ensuring they are followed consistently.
• Communicate production status and any issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all production activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety within the production team, ensuring that safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any potential hazards or risks.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain strong working relationships.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for raw materials and suppliers.
• Other duties as requested and/or assigned.

Skills / Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in production and inventory management, with a track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and production planning tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
