As an Apprentice Electrician, you’ll work closely with experienced lead electricians to develop your skills and build a solid foundation for a successful career in the electrical industry. You will gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to high-quality electrical services.
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and systems.
- Evaluate the general condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs.
- Interpret and work with blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications.
- Identify and prepare appropriate materials and quantities for repair or installation projects.
- Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to present repair or installation options to customers and perform safety inspections.
- Relevant experience is a plus but may vary by location.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills to explain issues and recommend solutions to customers clearly.
