About the Role
Lead strategic capacity planning and optimization initiatives for assigned areas. Drive process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IE, ME, PD, OI) to align priorities and implement systemic solutions. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Set and monitor area efficiency targets (Cycle Time, Utilization, Moves, QDRs, Redundancy, AMHS, TW, Q-time performance). Develop and execute tactical duplication and risk mitigation plans. Provide leadership in capital deployment decisions through detailed risk assessments. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or similar environment. Advanced knowledge of Fab Operations, Capacity Planning, Floor Scheduling, and Line Management systems.
