About the Role
1. Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), checklists, and forms for all utility systems (HVAC, Process Cooling Water, DI Water Plant, Vacuum System, Exhaust System, Sewage Treatment Plant, Fire Systems, etc.). Ensure all documents comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant industry standards. Control document versions and maintain master lists as per ISO document control procedures. Ensure timely updates of technical drawings, P&IDs, single line diagrams, and asset lists. Prepare and maintain records required for internal and external ISO audits. Coordinate with auditors and respond to document-related queries during inspections. Support the department in implementing continual improvement initiatives. Ensure timely submission of reports and KPIs related to utility system performance. Manage technical filing systems (both electronic and physical). Improved accessibility and accuracy of technical documents. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in utility engineering operations, with at least 3 years in ISO documentation or quality management roles. Strong knowledge of utility systems in manufacturing or semiconductor/industrial environments. Familiarity with ISO documentation requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (for drawings), and document management software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and training skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
