About the Role
Encourage and support a safe and positive working environment. Provide NPI measurement solutions for PIE or PE E/ME areas' yield, process, equipment, and integration requirements. Manage, measure, and monitor NPI projects to ensure results and time frames are strictly met. Partner with other Metro sections to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships. Collaborate with TD, cPIE, and PI/PE E teams to support all NPI parts, equipment/functions, advanced evaluation projects, and process changes. Manage all staffing, training, professional development, and successor plans for team members. Promote and support a value-centered performance management culture within the team. Process Release Document, transfer (RR/EFF) for new tech nodes (e.g., 160s or equivalent experience) and future technology. Coordinate TTMCY from transfer to MY. Improve Metro recipe quality. Participate in the CIT program and contribute to TTS papers. Apply now and help us define the future of technology!
