Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. <職務概要> RDA（リアルタイム デフェクト アナリシス＝工程内欠陥検査チーム）は、製造ラインで発生する異常を早期に発見し、発生エリアへ迅速にフィードバックして異常品の流出を最小化することを使命としています。 このポジションでは、欠陥レビューを通じて製品の良否を判断し、原因を調査し、関係部門へ情報を共有する重要な役割を担います。 異常を流出させないことが最大のミッションです。 <主な業務内容> ･自動欠陥検査装置で検出された欠陥の確認と分類作業（電子顕微鏡SEMによる自動観察結果を分類する作業） ･規格を逸脱した欠陥(自動判定されます)が発生した製品の発生原因特定とフィードバック ･品質異常報告書の作成 ･製品技術部門（PIE）やプロセス部門（PEE）の歩留まり改善・コスト削減活動をサポート ･検査工程の仕掛品（WIP）の管理とコントロール <求めるスキル> ･Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）の基本操作 ･円滑なコミュニケーション能力（他部門との調整・協働）※報告・連絡・相談をしっかりできる方 ･業務や健康の自己管理ができる方 ･前向きに仕事へ取り組める方 ※技術的な作業は、入社後にしっかり時間をかけて教育・サポートしますので安心してください。 <必須要件> ・日本語での読み書き・コミュニケーションスキル ･ Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）の基本操作 ・シフト勤務が可能な方 <歓迎要件> ･半導体に関する知識や経験（必須ではありません） <勤務時間> ･4勤4休のシフト制 昼勤：8:00～20:15 夜勤：20:00～翌8:15 （昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日休みの繰り返し） Defect Inspection Technician (RDA Shift Technician) Job Summary RDA (Real-Time Defect Analysis = In-Line Defect Inspection Team) works to detect abnormalities in the manufacturing line quickly and provide feedback to the area to minimize defective product flow. This position reviews defects, judges product quality, investigates root causes, and shares information with related departments. Preventing abnormal products from leaving the line is the most important mission. ________________________________________ Main Responsibilities Check and classify defects detected by an automated inspection tool (classification based on images from Auto SEM (Automated Scanning Electron Microscope), following defect library) Identify root cause of defects automatically judged as out of control(spec) and provide feedback to related departments. Prepare quality issue reports Support yield improvement and cost reduction activities for Product Integration Engineering (PIE) and Process Engineering (PEE) teams Manage and control WIP (Work In Process) in inspection process ________________________________________ Required Skills Basic operation of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good communication skills for coordination with other departments (must be able to report, contact, and consult clearly) Ability to manage work and health Positive attitude toward work Technical tasks will be fully trained and supported after joining, so no need to worry. ・Japanese skill ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Knowledge or experience in semiconductors (not mandatory) Ability to work in shift work ________________________________________ Work Schedule 4 days work / 4 days off shift system Day shift: 8:00 - 20:15 Night shift: 20:00 - 8:15 next day (Cycle: Day → Day → Night → Night → 4 days off → repeat) About Micron Technology, Inc.
