This role is pivotal in strengthening Nothing’s brand visibility and ensuring our products reach Filipino consumers in the most effective and engaging ways.</p> <p><strong>Essential Responsibilities<br></strong><strong>Channel Strategy &amp; Management<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key national retailers.</li> <li>Explore partnerships with leading e-commerce platforms.</li> <li>Ensure operational excellence and performance across both offline and online channels.</li> <li>Identify inefficiencies and implement channel optimization strategies to improve sell-in and sell-through.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Channel Expansion<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Scout and develop new distribution partners, retail channels, including modern trade, lifestyle retail, and telco operator partnerships.</li> <li>Negotiate and secure placement in premium lifestyle and tech retail outlets to build brand presence.</li> <li>Continuously assess market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to unlock new growth areas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Target Achievement<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Take full accountability for achieving sales revenue and sell-through targets for the Vietnam market.</li> <li>Design and execute data-driven sales strategies that deliver growth and profitability.</li> <li>Provide transparent reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership on progress against KPIs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Market Insights<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Marketing team to deliver channel-specific campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.</li> <li>Share regular insights on consumer behavior, price positioning, and competitive activities to inform global and regional strategy.</li> <li>Support product launches with sell-in pitches, sell-out activations, and retail training programs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Responsibilities<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Represent Nothing at trade shows, partner meetings, and industry events in Vietnam.</li> <li>Develop and mentor potential future team members as the market grows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years’ proven success in channel sales or business development.</li> <li>Strong network and established relationships with major Philippine retailers, distributors, and e-commerce players.</li> <li>Experience working with telco operators or consumer electronics brands is highly preferred.</li> <li>Solid understanding of channel marketing, channel incentives, and retail execution in Vietnam .</li> <li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-growing, challenger brand environment.</li> <li>Fluent in English; Vietnamese and other local dialects are a strong plus.</li> <li>Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate market data into business strategies.</li> </ul> <p></p>
