- Manage assigned sports’ setup, warm-ups, and game flow.
- Lead instructional drills, camps, and clinics.
- Officiate games (training provided) to maintain fairness, safety, and fun.
- Support and mentor volunteer coaches in executing practice plans.
- Monitor player safety, game rules, and program quality.
- Assist with equipment setup/breakdown and inventory tracking.
- Flex across roles as needed, including serving as a coach, referee for other sports, or assisting with site operations.
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic about working with youth.
- Strong communication skills with players, parents, and staff.
- Ability to manage time and activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic rules for the sport(s) assigned (training provided).
- Previous sports, coaching, or youth program experience preferred.
- Available weekends and occasional evenings.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
- Ability to lift and carry sports equipment.
- Commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
