We hope you’ll join our team!</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><strong>HR Recruiter</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Summary</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Being a HR at Acurus Solutions Pvt Ltd&nbsp; you will be handling recruitment , onboarding , and employee engagement activities. And you will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager. This is a full-time role based in our Chennai office.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">What you will do &nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">You will be responsible for attracting the best talent in the market ,using our Applicant Tracking Software – Greenhouse ,right from application to offer acceptance. &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Onboard new employees on their first day to get them ready to contribute to the team using our HRIS. This includes making sure all employees complete required HR training and are familiar with company benefits and policies. &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Work with other HR peers and the business line leader to design and roll out new employee retention programs and hiring.  &nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">To engage employees on the cultural activities and festival programs that takes place .</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">What you have &nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">2 to 4 years experience as a Recruiter</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Experience in Campus Recruitment</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Experience in working ITES industry</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Nice to haves<strong> &nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Experience using Greenhouse recruiting software</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Postgraduate Management degree or diploma in HR.</span></li> </ul> <p></p>
