Create a supportive, safety-focused learning environment that prepares graduates for aviation careers.</p> <h4>Key Duties</h4> <ul> <li>Provide engaging and effective teaching in&nbsp;aircraft&nbsp;maintenance principles while developing curricula that aligns with industry standards.</li> <li>Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and offers individualized support to enhance student success.</li> <li>Oversee administrative responsibilities, including&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.</li> </ul> </div> <div> <h4>Job Responsibilities   &nbsp;&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Teach classes on a scheduled basis, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment that fosters student engagement and enhances learning in&nbsp;aircraft&nbsp;maintenance.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Program Coordinator, Campus Director of Education, and Campus Executive Director to develop and refine curriculum, prepare course materials, and schedule classes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and laboratory environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly&nbsp;maintained&nbsp;for student use.</li> <li>Establish and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;academic and attendance records for each student,&nbsp;submitting&nbsp;attendance, grades, evaluations, and other documentation as required by institutional procedures.</li> <li>Proactively notify the Supervisor of any current or potential issues that require immediate attention and implement proven retention techniques to support student success.</li> <li>Complete assigned performance-based teacher education modules,&nbsp;participating&nbsp;in classroom observations and instructor evaluations, and responding to student feedback to enhance instructional effectiveness.</li> <li>Attend and/or lead in-service training sessions, faculty meetings, and other mandatory gatherings to ensure ongoing professional development and collaboration with peers.</li> <li>Assist&nbsp;in managing the inventory of department equipment and supplies,&nbsp;submitting&nbsp;replenishment requests to the Supervisor or&nbsp;appropriate personnel&nbsp;as needed.</li> <li>Monitor student attendance closely, alerting the Supervisor to any absences, particularly at the first, third, and fifth occurrences, to address potential retention issues.</li> </ul> <h4>Required Qualifications  &nbsp;&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li data-start="1559" data-end="1607"> <p data-start="1561" data-end="1607"><strong>FAA Airframe &amp;
