You’ll oversee a multifamily portfolio of 350+ conventional units across Buffalo, Tonawanda, Hamburg, and surrounding areas, providing the steady, capable leadership needed to support residents and the team that serves them.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who brings seasoned property management experience and a sincere commitment to doing work that matters. You’ll guide and develop on-site teams, elevate the resident experience, and ensure the portfolio’s financial performance remains strong.
