The key expectations for this role include but are not limited to the following:</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><ul><li><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lead M&amp;E Strategy and Execution:</strong> Design, champion, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive Monitoring &amp; Evaluation frameworks, Logical Frameworks (LogFrames), Theory of Change (ToC) models, and impact assessment methodologies for Corporate client projects.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Drive Data Quality and Rigour:</strong> Ensure projects are well-planned and on time with the <strong>highest quality of M&amp;E delivery</strong>. This includes developing robust indicators, data collection tools, and data analysis plans to measure both outputs and long-term outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Advisory and Client Management:</strong> Act as the internal and external Subject Matter Expert (SME) on M&amp;E, providing expert advice to clients on measuring, documenting, and enhancing the social return on their CSR investments.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Specialized Skill Development:</strong> Build and strengthen Sattva's institutional capabilities in technical specializations like <strong>a</strong><strong>dvanced M&amp;E practices, impact auditing, data visualization, and reporting</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, including third-party implementation agencies (as per requirement), internal project teams, and clients to ensure M&amp;E activities are integrated seamlessly and findings are actionable.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Knowledge Leadership:</strong> Translate complex M&amp;E findings into clear, compelling, and compliant reports and presentations</p></li></ul><div><br></div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong></div><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;">We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate and align with our vision of creating an impact on the ground and have the following profile:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Advanced degree (e.g., Master's in Development Studies, Statistics, or Economics) with <strong>6-8 years</strong> of experience in M&amp;E, impact assessment, or management consulting/advisory roles.</li><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Proven deep expertise in designing and leading complex M&amp;E projects</strong> in the social/development sector, including experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Demonstrable track record of advising senior leaders on data-driven decision-making and impact measurement.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Direct experience working with various thematic areas (e.g., Health, Education, Livelihoods, Environment) and tailoring M&amp;E approaches to different intervention types.</li><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Certification/training in M&amp;E, Advanced Analytics, or Impact Evaluation</strong> is highly preferred.
