About the Role

XTEND is seeking a Global Quality Manager who will play a key role in establishing uniform quality, safety and compliance procedures across all sites and support the company's global operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a global structure for Quality, Certification, and Safety across all sites, and ensure effective communication with leadership, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Enhance ERP-based quality processes, maintain and expand required certifications, and align quality and safety practices across all locations.
  • Lead global supplier quality-management with Procurement, including AVL optimization, supplier audits, and resolution of major quality issues.
  • Provide technical quality support to global sales, including customer inquiries and collaboration with R&D and Sales on special requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through unified procedures, specifications, KPIs, issue resolution, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Manage internal and external audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
  • Lead and matrix-manage quality teams across global sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field). master’s degree – an advantage.
  • 5+ years of quality management experience in industry, with strong manufacturing exposure. Defence background – an advantage
  • Knowledge of international standards (ISO, EN, UL, API) – an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-country, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of global manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Skilled in data analysis and quality tools (SPC, Six Sigma).
  • High-level Hebrew and English.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Availability for 5-7 annual business trips abroad.
